TIPS FOR CELLULITE

Let’s begin...

The unsightly appearance of cellulite comes from a build-up of toxins, metabolic waste and excess fluid in the connective tissue.

You can picture this build-up as a big traffic jam. Because of this build-up, the fat cells start to swell. Yes, I know, nobody likes having a traffic jam in their beloved microcirculation...

The jam blocks blood circulation and feeds itself: metabolic waste and toxins struggle to leave the cells.

What is more, nutrients and oxygen struggle to get in. These are the elements that keep tissues looking good and full of life. That is why, on the surface, your skin looks slack and dull wherever there is cellulite.

There are 3 things

(that you have already been told to do, but nobody explained how..)

Drink plenty??

The thing is, if you are not used to it and you do it without a method, you will bloat and make water retention worse, getting the opposite effect.

Before water starts to flush out water and carry off toxins and metabolic waste with it, read these tips.

The water must be still and at room temperature. Even better if it is low in dry residue.

Do not drink half a litre in one go. It will do no good at all!

Better to drink less, in small sips.

Increase the amount gradually, every day, until you reach at least 2 litres of water a day.

Exercise??

Yes, fine, but not just anything.

Above all, forget jumping and running: the impact will make things worse.

Much better gentle exercise and brisk walking. But make it brisk! Even just 30-40 minutes a day can make a difference.

Here are some specific exercises you can do at the gym or right at home: lunges and squats!

Have you ever thought about working with a personal trainer?

Eating healthily?

Staying away from fast food is not enough.

You need to know which foods are a yes and which are a no. Avoid ready meals, anything tinned, pre-packed or pre-cooked.

Look for oily fish,
