The best way to take Salugea Organic Elderberry Juice is on an empty stomach:

You can take from 25 ml to 50 ml a day. In particular:

25 ml in the prevention and support phase.
50 ml in the acute phase (i.e. when you are “under attack” from viruses and bacteria) for 4-5 days.

The best time to take the Elderberry Juice is in the morning on waking. In this case we recommend waiting 10’-15’ before having breakfast.
