The best way to take Salugea Organic Pomegranate Juice is on an empty stomach.

You can take from 25 ml to 50 ml a day. In particular:

25 ml in the preventive and supportive phase.
50 ml in the acute phase (i.e. if you want a stronger action) for 4-5 days.

The best time to take Pomegranate Juice is in the morning on waking. In this case we recommend waiting 10-15 minutes before having breakfast.

N.B. All Salugea Juices are organic. This means you must keep them in the fridge after opening and use them within the time stated on the pack.

N.B. If the taste is intense you can dilute the product in water or fruit juice. Effectiveness and results guaranteed!

Length of the course

You will already be able to see the results after the first few days/weeks. We recommend carrying on with the course for 2 – 3 months to consolidate and maintain the benefits obtained over time.
