The best way to take Salugea Organic Mangosteen Juice is on an empty stomach:

You can take from 25 ml to 50 ml a day. In particular:

  • 25 ml in the prevention and support phase.
  • 50 ml in the acute phase (i.e. when your stomach and gut are “in turmoil”) for 4-5 days.

The best time to take Mangosteen Juice is in the morning on waking. In this case we recommend waiting 10-15 minutes before having breakfast.

If you are experiencing digestive difficulties, reflux or a hiatal hernia, you can take Mangosteen Juice as follows:

First 10 days:

  • 25 ml after lunch
  • 25 ml after dinner

From the 11th day onwards:

  • 25 ml after dinner

N.B. All Salugea Juices are organic. This means you must keep them in the refrigerator after opening and consume them within the time indicated on the pack.

Length of the course
