The best way to take Salugea Organic Aloe Vera Juice is on an empty stomach:

You can take from 25 ml to 50 ml a day. In particular:

  • 25 ml in the preventive and supportive phase;
  • 50 ml in the acute phase and for a few days (if for example there is digestive/intestinal discomfort).

The best time to take Organic Aloe Vera Juice is in the morning on waking. In this case we recommend waiting 10’-15’ before having breakfast.
