Pick-up and delivery costs

You can choose between three different product collection methods:

  • Collection at the Salugea site
  • Collection by courier agreement
  • Withdrawal by courier without agreement
  • Delivery times, in the case of contracted couriers, are around 24-48 working hours throughout Italy (Islands excluded). An exception is represented by the orders placed online by selecting the payment method selected "advance bank transfer": in this case your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment, it may therefore take 2-3 days from the date of the order .

    Collection at Salugea

    All products that can be purchased on the site can be booked online and collected by the customer at the Salugea headquarters in Via Consiglio dei Sessanta 99 - 47891 Customs (RSM). During the purchase process you will have to select the withdrawal method at our offices in Salugea. To collect and pay for your order, you will need to provide the name, surname and order number contained in the summary email. Choosing this method of withdrawal, there are no collection fees and you will pay only at the Salugea office at the time of collection, in cash or bank check.

    Withdrawal by authorized courier

    Choosing this mode, grant a mandate to Link Point S.r.l. (based in Via Tre Settembre 99 at Dogana - RSM - C.O.E. SM 18446) to collect the products at our office for your name and account and to pay the amount due in advance. The withdrawal of the order will be made, for your name and account on a specific mandate, by the contracted carrier Link Point S.r.l (RSM) - which will deliver the goods to the address you indicated at the time of the order. Delivery is made without notice on Business Days (from 08:30 to 18:00), so we advise you to indicate a manned address (eg office or reception). In case of absence, upon delivery, the Courier will leave a notice of passage; if the courier will not be contacted to fix a new delivery, he will make a second attempt on the day following the first attempt made. If the following attempt is not successful, the order will automatically be placed in stock and you will be contacted by our Customer Assistance service, at the number left when ordering, with the aim of booking a new delivery based on your needs. If it is impossible to contact you and the ordered products remain in storage for 10 days, or even the new agreed delivery does not go well, we will cancel the order.

    Withdrawal by non-agreed Courier

    You can choose and send a mandate to a trusted courier to pick up the products at the Salugea locations and deliver them to the address you will indicate at the time of the order. To order with collection by non-contracted courier service, you must first contact the Salugea Customer Service at the toll-free number 800.688.801. Choosing this delivery method, the collection and shipping costs will be those agreed with the chosen courier.

    Terms of payment

    • Payment upon collection at the Salugea offices: cash or check; Salugea offices are located at Reload srl - Via Consiglio dei Sessanta 99 - 47891 Dogana (RSM).
    • Cash on delivery to the agreed courier: you will pay for the products ordered directly to the courier upon delivery, in cash. This type of payment involves shipping costs clearly summarized in the shopping cart at the time of purchase and detailed in the previous point 2. For cash on delivery orders with an amount exceeding 500 euros, you must contact the Salugea Customer Service at 800.688.801.
    • With a credit card on the site: This payment method allows you to use a very fast, convenient and secure way to get the products you want to buy. At the time of payment of your order by credit card you will be automatically directed to the bank's website, to a secure page (SSL), which will take care of the transaction. The accepted credit cards are those of the Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and Postepay circuits. This payment system also allows you to buy all the products you want without spending limits. In some cases, our Customer Service may contact you to ask you for additional information to verify the effective ownership of the credit card. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer, summarized in the cart at the time of purchase.

    • By bank transfer: you can also select this payment method when ordering online on the website salugea.com; in this case you will make a bank transfer in advance at the coordinates indicated online and the goods will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment by us (it may take 2-3 days from the date of the order).

    Choosing as payment method the bank transfer, the cash on delivery with our agreed courier, the payment with Paypal or the one with credit card gives express mandate to Link Point S.r.l. to withdraw the products at our office for your name and account and to anticipate the amount due.

    Right of withdrawal

    The Customer, if he is a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from receipt of the product, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 21 of implementation of the European Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights. The customer who can return the product (intact) within 20 working days and request a refund. Salugea will refund the entire price of the product purchased, provided that it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging. We will accept the return of the items, provided they are in like new condition, reimbursing the cost incurred. ATTENTION: the right of withdrawal is excluded, as indicated by law, for food products.

    Should you receive damaged merchandise, please let us know within 5 working days through the Contact section of the site or by calling the toll-free number 800.688.801 We will replace the product.

    How to request a return?

    To exercise the right of withdrawal and initiate the return procedure of one or more items, contact our customer service through the Contact section of the site or by calling the toll-free number 800.688.801 (we advise you to keep your number on hand) order to speed up the procedure). Salugea will organize the collection of the goods by express courier at the agreed address. You will not incur any cost for collection, it is paid by Salugea.

    How to prepare the return package?

    You can use the same box with which you received the goods or a box more suited to the size of the product (s) to be returned. Include in the package a copy of the accompanying invoice you received with your order. Include the bank details for the refund on the current account in the package. If the product is fragile and is likely to be damaged during transport, take care to insert newspaper or other paper into the package. Seal the box in order to deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier. The refund is made within 20 working days from receipt of the returned package.
